Orders over $125.00 will be eligible for free standard shipping, after all discounts (coupons and rewards points) have been deducted. Nor Clearance items are excluded from the total.
When will my item ship?
New orders are batched the following business day. After orders are batched, we ship out in the average range of 3-7 business days. If designs are print on Demand, customized or have any for of personalization, order take a few extra days. These times are only estimates, as we do have seasonal and after sales loads that increase these times. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 12-24 hours for USPS or UPS to process the package, as it must be scanned at the local offices before you are able to follow the shipment.
What are your shipping rates?
We offer live shipping rates, which means you are getting the best rates that we were able to negotiate. Please keep in mind all the carriers have fees if you live outside a certain radius from their hub. There are three levels, DAS-(Delivery Area Surcharge)which means you are being delivered outside the standard delivery range, Extended DAS, which means you are being delivered outside the DAS area, and remote Surcharge which means you are being delivered much further. All these are defined by UPS and all carry an additional fee to deliver. We just pass this expense on in the shipping charge and is calculated automatically.
IMPORTANT: UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day and UPS overnight are only transit times. Transit time is Business days (Mon-Fri). This does not include processing time. If you would like to expedite the processing time there is another option and charge to do so when checking out. This is the only time you can select this. We can not change it once it processes. The only option is to cancel the order and re-place it, selecting this service. Carriers pick up typically between 4-6 PM each day. The packages then have to be scanned at the shipping facility, which means the days in transits do not start until the day after the package was picked up.
What is UPS My Choice?
This is a free service that you can sign up for at https://wwwapps.ups.com/doapp/signupmychoice?loc=en_US This service allows you to do many things with your incoming shipment. To highlight, you can designate where you want driver to leave package, get text alerts of estimated delivery time( date and clock time), change pick up locations and many more. We suggest signing up for this.
